1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MOXYOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
MOXYOS provides digital growth services including content creation, website development, and marketing management for small and medium businesses.
3. Payment & Subscription
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. Bundles may require a minimum commitment of three months.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom content, code, and designs created for you become your intellectual property. MOXYOS retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
MOXYOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or the performance of marketing campaigns.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
